Silent Sunday

Pssssssst. It's me Midget Molly and I am whispering. It's supposed to be Silent Sunday but I just can't help myself....girls like to talk. So, as you can tell, I am just lying here on top of G-Pop, cause there's nothing else to do. Can you spell B-O-R-I-N-G!!
Here's Rambo, lying under the dining room table. He's bored too, but he's being a quiet boy on Silent Sunday. No....really....he doesn't like football, so he' staying out of the room where the tv is and he's quiet as a mouse.
That's G-Pop, on the floor in front of the tv!
And this is my human Uncle Stevie, trying to watch the tv...snoooooooooz.
You guessed it! Football. EWWWWIIIIEEEE. Girls don't like football. I think I'll be quiet now. SSSSHHHHH!

New Squirrel Patrol Member and More Awards.

WOW!! What a week. Not only have I received two more awards, but I am now an official member of Rusty's Squirrel Patrol! You know how much I hate squirrels, especially since the big bad Mr. Nutty bit me right on the nose. Remember? So I will do my best to bite, chase, scare or catch all the squirrels I see in my yard and be the hardest working member of Rusty's squirrel patrol. Thank you to my new friend Rusty.

This is from my good chihuahua friend Dobby!

This is from my good friend Mango the Maltese Kiddo!

I got so many awards this week! I am lucky to have soooo many wonderful friends, so thanks again and I love you all!!

Stick Bug

It was a beautiful day yesterday, so I decided to lay down and do my usual afternoon sunbathing. It was so nice....I could feel the warmth of the sun on my body and I was dreaming about steak and chicken and girl chihuahua's. I flipped over like a pancake on the stove and out of the corner of my eye I see a teeny weeny brown stick. I blinked a few times....."am I dreaming?" I asked myself. The stick was moving! I looked at it again....it definitely looked like a stick, ... OMD!! It has legs! A stick with legs. That's weird! "Is that a bug or a stick, a bug, a stick, a bug, no a stick" Hmmmm. It'a a stick bug. Can you see it climbing up the planter?
LOOK AGAIN:>
AND AGAIN:>
It's a first for G-Mom....she's never seen a stick bug before. Have you?

Do You Believe?

The other night G-Mom was watching the television. She was watching a special show on ABC and she was glued to the set. The man on the television was talking about UFO's, which I found out by listening, are flying saucers which carry aliens from other planets. Aliens? Other planets? Am I hearing things? At first I thought it was a hoax, then I heard other people tell the man that they had actually seen a flying saucer! Many of them. OMD!!!! How scary!! It seems no one has seen an alien (well I have, as you have read in my early posts) but this is what they supposedly look like: and this is their flying saucer: What do you think? Do you believe in aliens or UFO's????

Wedding Week.

We are finally back to normal at our dawg house! It was like Grand Central Station around here last week. Let me tell you a little about it. One Wednesday, Aunt Brenda and cousin Natalie from Georgia and Grandma Dee Dee from New Jersey arrived at our dawg house. We luuuuvvvv cousin Natalie, cause she loves dawgs. She took care of us while G-Mom was busy getting ready for the wedding. She wants to be a doggie doctor when she grows up into a big human. Me and the Midget think she would make a great doctor. Dr. Natalie.
On Thursday Grandmom Joan and Pop Baker came from Florida. They got lost coming from the airport and they had GPS!! They were lost for four hours! Silly humans. There was a wedding rehearsal and a wedding rehearsal dinner! G-Mom drove all over like a maniac buying food and cakes and cookies, then we all went in the car to Pasadena where the rehearsals were. G-Mom missed the wedding rehearsal cause there were too many cars on the road. She was shouting some bad words *!#@* to the other cars, but I don't think they heard her. Anyway, I thought she would have a panic attack, but she took some kava and it calmed her down. Me and the Midget had to stay in the bedroom while the humans had fun eating and drinking and laughing. NOT FAIR! Chihuahua's know how to party too!
Friday was the big day. Everything went well and the humans had a great time. Me and the Midget had to stay home and our neighbor took care of us. We tried to bite her.....don't tell anyone.
Here are some wedding photos:

More Partying!
On Saturday, G-Mom had the entire family over for breakfast. She made blueberry pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bagels and cream cheese. We didn't get one crumb! I'm beginning to think we are getting ignored here. On Saturday night, G-Mom and G-Pop went out to dinner with Uncle Dan (G-Pop's brother) and Aunt Helene from New Jersey, and Lisa (G-Pop's niece) and Steve from California.
See what happens when you have too much silly water! Who are these girls???? Someone's in trouble when they get home. he he he.
On Sunday the dawg house was full again with more visitors from New Jersey. There was coffee and soda and coconut cake, chocolate chip cookies, peach praline pie and fruit. Again we were forgotten and didn't get a crumb. Can we sue for being ignored?? Where's the doggie lawyer??
Everyone has gone home now and our dawg house is back to normal! Whew! I was beginning to think they were moving in! We can now resume our pampered, spoiled, catered lives, which we like much better!

Busy Bee.

G-Mom's a very busy bee. She is getting ready for the big wedding on Friday. My human Uncle Ronnie, which is my G-Mom's son, is getting married on Friday to Julieann. So G-Mom is busy cleaning the house, grocery shopping for the guests, shopping for a Mother of the Groom dress, finalizing the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, picking up relatives from the airport....the list could go on. So she's going to have to take a little vacation from the blogosphere. I told her NO, but she won't listen to me. I'm just a little chihuahua and I have no control over a forty something perimenopausal hyped up, over-tired G-Mom right now. No matter how good or how many kisses I give. So......we'll be gone for a few days, maybe a week.
Caio, adios, au revoir, auf wiedersefen, tot ziens, adeus, farvel, 再见, さようなら and bye bye for now. Rambo & Midget Molly
