Stick Bug
It was a beautiful day yesterday, so I decided to lay down and do my usual afternoon sunbathing. It was so nice....I could feel the warmth of the sun on my body and I was dreaming about steak and chicken and girl chihuahua's. I flipped over like a pancake on the stove and out of the corner of my eye I see a teeny weeny brown stick. I blinked a few times....."am I dreaming?" I asked myself. The stick was moving! I looked at it again....it definitely looked like a stick, ... OMD!! It has legs! A stick with legs. That's weird! "Is that a bug or a stick, a bug, a stick, a bug, no a stick" Hmmmm. It'a a stick bug. Can you see it climbing up the planter?

Holy puppy poop!!! What the heck is it? Mom says it looks like a Praying Mantis but we think you're right, it's a stick bug. Did you eat it?

NO...G-Mom wouldn't let me eat it. She said it was so skinny that it probably wouldn't taste that good. I'll have to look for a fatter one next time....he he.

That is a very cool bug! Did you try to eat it? I try to catch bugs and eat them. My mom thinks the bug is really cool and she says she's never seen one before. I think I'd try to taste it...

No I can't say I've ever seen a moving stick before. It looks kinda weird.

Yes, we've seen those wierd stick bugs before. They are hard to spot cause, well, they look like sticks!! Cool pics!

I've never seen a stick bug and neither has my mom except in pictures. It is strange Rambo!
